Servers Excellence Level 2 Intermediate Server Course is a three-day in person training program, with a Certification. In order to take this course, you must have completed our Level 1 Beginner Server Training Course, or have 3+ years in a server or front of house position.
This training course will fine tune your guest service experience skills, elevating your serving approach, and provide you with more in-depth knowledge of global menu terminology, food and wine pairings, spirits and food pairings, advanced table experiences, and how to tackle more complex guest solutions with excellence.
Upon completion and receiving Level 2 Certification, you will be qualified for a more advanced serving role in a full-service hospitality business.
Location | 40 Spadina Ave Unit 301, Toronto ON
Timing | 9:00am - 4:00pm | (30-minute lunch break)
Light breakfast, coffee, tea and juices will be provided each morning
Evaluation process is combined of two parts:
Performance evaluation by our trainers
Certification test - online exam
A combined score of 80% is required to receive Level 2 Certification
Please note: Trainees must attend both training days to write the final certification test and achieve certification. Servers Excellence has no affiliation with Smart Serve Ontario.
